100% cancellation fee applies if you cancel within 72 hours of departure. Out & About Tours reserves the right to cancel tours due to insufficient passenger numbers. Out & About Tours and/or any associated companies assume no responsibility for loss injury sickness damage delay or irregularity that may be caused or arising during any tour under its management sponsorship procurement or otherwise.

TOUR PICKUP INFORMATION
Please check the tour you have booked for your relevant pickup point
SWAN VALLEY WINERY EXPERIENCE Please meet at the TOURIST BUS STOP corner Beaufort & James Sts Perth - diagonally opp the Court Hotel (please be there 10 mins prior). There are Free CAT buses that can take you there if your staying in a CBD hotel ask at your reception).
OUT FOR THE AFTERNOON Please meet in the car park (next to the walk over bridge) at the GUILDFORD TRAIN STATION for a 11.45am departure (please be there 10 mins prior). Guildford is a short 10-15 min train ride from the Perth Station on the Midland line. Guildford is a quaint village with delightful antique and coffee shops so if you arrive early enjoy. At the end of the tour you can be dropped off in Guildford or back in the CBD.
RIVER CRUISE & VINEYARD EXPERIENCE Please meet at the CAPTAIN COOK OFFICE (they do the cruise of the tour) at Elizabeth Quay between 9.15 and 9.30am. They will mark off your name on the manifest and direct you to the boat.

Cetainly memorable
It was our first-time experience and it was certainly memorable! Tasted 46 premium wines with gourmet cheese platter from different wineries. Breathtaking scenery and serene ambience. The lunch was simple, overlooking Sittella Winery. We got to indulge in handmade chocolates and truffles at the Chocolate Company. An excellent tour guide, thank you, Tony! I just love it when things are clean, organized and fun! This trip was fantastic. The boat tour portion from Perth to Swan River was captained by Travis, with both George and Colleen serving on board. As published there was morning coffee and a great selection of teas as well as muffins. Once underway with full commentary by both Travis and George, there was wine tasting and a charcuterie board with lovely cheeses, cold meats and apricots to nibble with crackers. Our guide on the bus was Barrie, friendly, full of information and fun. We were whisked off to visit 3 wineries, a beer garden and a chocolate manufacturer after landing at the first winery. We had a fantastic platter lunch later in the day at the one winery. Truly the best choice. We were so stuffed getting off the boat in the morning, I couldn't imagine having to sit down and eat again. This way we were able to walk about, meet more owners and hear different stories. Excellent service, relaxing and informative day. Thank youPerfect way to spend the day in the valley!
I have now been on this tour three times and it has never failed to disappoint! What's more, the different friends I have taken each time have all walked away very happy with their experience. Perfect amount of wineries and food. Claude has been my guide on every occasion and each time he has impressed me with the massive effort he makes to learn everyone's names and get to know everyone. He also manages to fit in the right amount of cultural and historical points to keep you interested whilst keeping things amusing along the way. Would(and have) highly recommend this tour to anyone thinking of doing one…and I'm just waiting for an excuse to go on my next!
