Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

A deposit of 30% of the tariff is required to be received within one week of booking cancelling a booking will incur the loss of the deposit.
non arrivall without phoneing to cancel will forfeit full amount of booking.cancelling after 2pm on the day of the booking wiil incur full loss of booking amount.
In addition there will be a $62 Albany Visitor Centre cancellation fee.
