The Billi is a fully-self-catering family owned business (no bar or restaurant on site). It is friendly, welcoming and reflects all that is good about Broome and The Kimberley.

The villas reflect a quintessential beach holiday house with their light, bright and airy interiors. The stunning Luxury Eco Tents reflect the richness of the Kimberley with their cosy interiors, cow hides and local artwork.
The Billi offers a range of self-catering accommodation including 1 and 2 Bedroom Villas, Studio Rooms and ultra-luxurious Eco Safari Tents. All accommodation is nestled under a superb canopy of trees and is connected to a stunning central pool area.

A kitchenette with Nespresso Coffee Machine, tea & coffee provided, fridge/freezer, stove, microwave and utensils. There's and an en-suite bathroom with rain-shower and hairdryer. Outside, enjoy a private outdoor deck with an upholstered seating area and a Weber BBQ for entertaining. The Queen Tent welcomes you with soft cowhides on the floor and original artwork on the walls. Offering a plush Queen size bed with an overhead fan, lovely cross ventilation and air-conditioning. It is self-contained with its own kitchenette on one side, with Nespresso Coffee Machine, tea & coffee provided, fridge, microwave, utensils and laptop safe. On the other side, there's an en-suite bathroom with rain-shower over a free standing bath and hairdryer. It also boasts a private outdoor entertaining timber deck with built in lounges and a BBQ. Maximum Occupants Allowed is 4. Up to 2 Rollaway Beds can be included or 2 Daybeds for children 12 years old or under (subject to availability). Children under two years of age are unable to stay in the tents.

Full payment is required at the time of making your reservation. Bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival will forfeit 1 nights accommodation. Bookings cancelled within 3 days of arrival or no-shows will forfeit the entire balance of their stay.

An oasis of calm and comfort
We had 2 nights in a King Luxury tent; what can we say? It was huge, luxurious and beautiful, and I have developed a great passion for outdoor showers.This is a delightful resort, relatively small, but beautifully laid out amidst lush gardens and a beautiful pool. There is no restaurant, but its proximity to Cable Beach means that is not in any way an issue, and one night we ordered Pizzas and ate them in the lovely courtyard attached to our tent.
Staff were friendly and professional, and all in all it was a delightful experience. We will be back.
The Billi Resort tents
We had 4 nights in one of the Luxury tents. Beautiful tropical gardens with wide raised wooden slat pathways to all tents and villas. The tent, bathroom and kitchenette was very well appointed which is useful when many restaurants close the kitchen at 8pm on some nights. There plenty of bikes available and the bus stop Was only a short walk away. Many thanks to Rachel she was very helpful. We’ll definitely be back to the Billi.Pure Tropical Luxury
We recently stayed in a 2 bedroom villa at The Billi Resort for 4 nights.The villa is extremely clean,spacious and has everything you need when travelling with a young family.
There is a dishwasher,oven ,microwave, fridge and everything you could possibly need to cook up a storm in the kitchen.
We cooked on the BBQ directly outside of our villa and had a few drinks while sitting outside relaxing in our private lounge area on the nights not spent in town.
The gardens are incredibly lush and they are well looked after. You feel like you are being completely surrounded by a rainforest.
The pool is huge with plenty of shade.
The kids loved staying here and they cant wait to visit again.
There was only one very minor negative and it was the pool temperature.Just a little to cold for my liking but that said, other people might love it that way.
