MORE THAN 14 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: Full refund LESS any fees levied by the booking agent.
LESS THAN 14 PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: No refund
A pre-payment of the total price of the reservation will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
BOND POLICY:
A pre-authorised bond of $500 is applicable to all bookings and will be taken on your day of arrival. This bond is released after 7 Days from the day of arrival provided that the property is left damage free and in a respectable state.

On arrival in Denmark. From the South Coast Highway, take Hollings Road (it will become Inlet Drive) for approx 2.7 km, turn left into Harper Street and right into Lunan Road. Sea Banksia is number 9 on the left hand side.

Beautiful place and beautiful house. Excellent location and easy drive into town and good base for other activities. Gorgeous balcony and inlet view.
