48 Hours notice is required prior to your arrival regarding any alteration or cancellation to your booking to receive a refund (excludes group bookings/conditions apply). If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours prior to arrival no refund will be given. Please note there is a fee of $35 for any cancellations. For guests staying for 14 nights or more if cancellation is within the 48hrs no refund will be issued. "No refunds apply to some specials"

Apartment Stay
We had an enjoyable stay. Andrew the apartment manager even welcome us personally and showed us to the apartment. The room was big with a Queen size bed and was given a newly refurbished 2 bedroom apartment, for the same price although we booked 1 bedroom apartment for the 2 of us. Adequately furnished except for the wifi down on 1 day, but the staff responded immediately.Good location with the bus stand in front, and walking distance to the the Optus stadium across the Swan River. For our cycling it’s a perfect location with the cycling track right to South Perth.
Would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Great location. Very spacious and comfortable unit. For such central location, reasonable quiet and private place.Excellent services.
The GM allowed us for early check in. He even called us when the room was ready for early check in. Excellent services. He was friendly and very helpful. The late check out with small fee was also very helpful since our flight was in the late aftn. Other apartment never allowed us for late check out. The aptm was very cozy and bright, newly renovated. Highly recomended.
