We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
CANCELLATION: You are charged the first night if you cancel after reservation and the total price if you cancel in the 7 days before arrival.
PREPAYMENT: You are charged a 1 night non-refundable deposit and the remaining amount in the 7 days before arrival.

Great location across from beach and close to town”
Our one bedroom unit was great, we could see the ocean from out front porch even though we were a couple rows back. Unit was clean and tidy. Staff allowed us to check in early which was great with a baby. Shops are very close and Main Street only a few minutes walk. There was some work being done during the day which got a bit noisy and destructive at times. It was ok but would have been nice to be forewarned about it.Great place to stay right on the beach with Emus walking by
Wonderful hosts and a perfect place to stay in Denham, and all of Western Australia. Good fishing right off the beach. Walk a little farther down the beach early mornings and see goats and kangaroos. We liked the cabins right up front.Highly recommend for family trips
Tara from Oceanside was amazing and so helpful. We had major trailer issues and she was so understanding as we had to extend our stay last minute. Shared local knowledge on tourist attractions to see on our stay. Highly recommended for family trips. Beautiful beach front views. Kids loved oceanside's resident friendly dog "Rum"
