Our villa has THREE BEDROOMS, a master bedroom with Queen Bed, ensuite & TV/DVD and Foxtel. There are two extra bedrooms with twin single beds in each room, sleeps six.
We have a second bathroom with separate toilet. Full laundry with washing machine and tumble drier and seperate toilet.
CHILD FRIENDLY
High chair, portable cot, kids table & chairs, games, two TV/DVD both with Foxtel and kids channels. plastic cups/plates, enclosed courtyard and block out curtains in all the bedrooms for a great nights sleep.
For your added convenience, Middleton Bay Retreat has boat, trailer & guest parking in addition to your private carport.
Situated on a quite street right next to the beautiful white sands of Middleton Bay and with the iconic Albany Golf Course at the end of the street. Take your bike and cycle or walk along the path that links Emu Point and Middleton Beach.

Free cancellation within 48 hours notice of check in time.
There will be a $65 Albany Visitor Centre cancellation fee. 50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival.

Comfortable Stay
Beautiful, warm, comfortable, the feel was that of a home, not just a place to stay. Sue is absolutely lovely leaving us a welcome gift and keeping in touch to ensure our stay was comfortable.Would definitely recommend staying here and would book again in the future

Very nice and comfortable. Close to beach and Albany golf course. What more do you want?Perfect Unit
Perfect unit for what we needed. Centrally located to everything but being near the golf course we still felt removed from the bustle of it all. Although we didn’t get a chance to use, board games in the cupboard were a great thought and clear the owner takes pride in the extra touches to make you feel very welcome and want to book again (which we will be doing!) Very clean and beds and pillows were so comfortable. Looking forward to our next trip to Albany and Middleton Bay Retreat.
