Situated on the edge of town, the cottages are set on twelve and a half acres of attractive parkland adjoining a natural reserve comprising a number of walk trails perfect for exploring the myriad of wildflowers in season. If you are lucky you may chance upon one of the many kangaroos that lives in the nearby bushlands. Margaret River Holiday Cottages are pleased to offer guests added facilities of an indoor solar heated pool. The complex has been created with the enjoyment of guests in mind and also houses a pool table, table tennis, a collection of family board games and an undercover barbecue area, perfect for balmy evenings.

Gumnut Cottage is a newly renovated standalone 4 bedroom holiday home located within Margaret River Holiday Cottages giving the perfect balance of a private home with the facilities on offer across the property. The Cottage has 4 bedrooms, including 1 Master bedroom with a queen bed, as well as 2 other double rooms (1 queen, 1 double). There is also a twin room, with king sized singles as a comfy day bed which can be converted to an extra bed. There are two newly refurbished bathrooms, including a wet area / laundry The entertaining spaces include a lounge room including a fireplace, a dining area with a custom made dining table as well as outdoor dining and BBQ area. The kitchen is very well stocked with all the appliances you would use at home, including a toasted sandwich maker, Nespresso machine and rice cooker. There are age appropriate games and toys and cots and high chairs can be provided complimentary upon request. This holiday cottage is perfect for extended or large families and couples, though due to the bedding configuration, is not typically suitable for groups of singles. Refundable $100 cleaning bond applies. This cottage is perfect for large families & couples. Due to the bedding arrangements it is not suitable for large groups of singles.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival day will be charged at 100% of stay.
Rate Packages that are listed as non refundable will be charged 100% cancellation fee regardless of when the booking is cancelled.

We had a great stay at the holiday cottages. Cosy place with fireplace & privacy. Kids enjoyed the kangaroos in the fields and the bonfire & marshmallows. Friendly & helpful staff made our stay very comfortable.We have a lovely time in there

The cottage was new clean and modern, hosts went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible, kids were having a ball in the playground, roasting marshmallows in the fire pit and swimming in the pool. The views were spectacular. Best place we have ever stayed. Looking forward to returning again in the future.
