Margaret River Guest House was once a chapel and nunnery built for the settlement of the town in the 1920’s. Converted in the 60’s it has been the number one accommodation property providing travelers with the perfect sanctuary to call their “home away from home” while visiting the Margaret River region.

Margaret River Guest House offers 7 modern guest rooms & suites, all with ensuite bathrooms, tea and coffee facilities, reverse cycle air-conditioning, comfortable King bed (twin bed options available on request) all with micro-fibre bedding. Rates start from $225 per night per couple and include breakfast.

A fully self-contained Two bedroom Cottage situated next door to our Guest House, featuring a king size beds, living & dining room, full kitchen, ensuite bathroom, second bathroom with laundry, outdoor seating overlooking the front garden. Our Cottage is totally separate to the Margaret River Guest House, and no breakfast or room servicing is offered. Guest receive a Welcome Breakfast Hamper on arrival. (Nightly price is based on two people occupancy in one bedroom. Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

Accommodation can be cancelled or amended up to 14 days prior to arrival where a full refund of deposit minus a $55 administration fee will apply.

Accommodation cancelled or amended 14 days or less prior to arrival will be charged the full amount of the booking.

Should you leave earlier than expected full payment for the booking will be required.

Note: Specials are prepaid and non-refundable.

Clean, quiet, beautiful

Excellent overnight stays in a beautiful old home. Very friendly service and a quick welcome by the owner outlining the history of the homestead was great. Close walking distance to the cafes and shops was convenient. Complementary browny and glass of port after a big day/night topped off a great stay."
