Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
All bookings require a 50% deposit. Cancellations less than 10 days will be subject to a charge of 50% unless rooms are resold. No refund for accommodation cancelled within 24 hrs unless rooms are resold. a $25 administration fee will be charged for all cancellations.
Mandurah Visitor Centre retains a 15% cancellation fee on accommodation and tour bookings made through the Centre.

The sole role of the Mandurah Visitor Centre is to facilitate a booking of the venue through its website (www.visitmandurah.com) for a fee which is paid to the City by the Service Provider. Coming from Mandurah..
As you come in to the town limit of Pinjarra, Wilson road is the first road on your left after the 60km sign.
Coming from the South West Highway..At the traffic lights in the Pinjarra town centre turn into Pinjarra Road. Wilson Road is the first turning on the right just before the 80 km sign. Lazy River is at the end of Wilson Road.

Quiet 5 star Elegance
A large bedroom beautifully decorated with an African influence combined with an adjoining large ensuite containing a double sized spa greets the visitor looking for an easy getaway from Perth. At only a 1 hour drive out of Perth along the freeway, this is an easy establishment to reach, yet you could be in an equivalent accommodation 4 hours from the city.The breakfasts are plentiful but the real treat is the 3-course evening meal which you can order and have prepared to your specification. In our case, it was the absolute highlight of the visit and I would thoroughly encourage everyone to order the evening meal. Make sure you take your own quality wine to go with the high-quality meal you will receive
