Downstairs is a Fully self-contained house with a large open plan living (TV, DVD player, video recorder,stereo, books), 3 bedrooms, 1st bedroom with a queen bed, 2nd has double bed and 1 single, 3rd bedroom has three singles. Two sofa beds in the living area. Sleeps up to 16 people. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Also air-conditioned and sweep fans. Tile fire and oil heaters.
Upstairs is a separate 1 bedroom self contained apartment which sleeps 4, Has bathroom, separate toilet, Fully equipped kitchen, Lounge with flat screen TV & DVD, double sofa bed. Bedroom with queen size bed. Ideal for couples or small family. This apartment overlooks a large lake with a waterfall, 2 balconies with an outdoor setting and a BBQ downstairs. Has air-conditioning and sweep fans.
Downstairs and Upstairs can be booked together for large family/group. Has adjoining internal door. Extra charge if upstairs is included with downstairs.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Proof of vaccination will be appreciated.
If cancelled more than 2 weeks no cancellation fee; less than 2 weeks the cancellation fee is one night.
If you need to cancel due to covid lockdown or travel/border restrictions please let us know as soon as possible and you will get a full refund.
Please note there are 2 lakes on the property young children will have to be supervised.

Directions
From the Post Office, follow Andrew street away from the foreshore (going uphill). Andrew street becomes Pink Lake Road, keep driving to T Junction, turn right then a straight left, cross the railway line, keep following Pink Lake Road, when you see the cemetery on the right hand side you will then see Downes street on the left hand side. Turn left into Downes street and follow Downes street, drive through the intersection over Cherry Well Road, you will see a no through road sign and just after that we are the next drive on the right. (there's a sign at the entrance of the driveway that says "LaCabane Retreat"). Drive all the way to the end of the driveway (to the back of the property) and you have arrived at La Cabane.

Kids loved it!
Between a cabin and a hotel, this family accommodation has 4 bedrooms and a large bathroom with kitchen, ping pong table, outdoor fireplace, duck pond, tennis court, skate/bmx ramp, and ohhh the serenity. I'll be back. The kids loved it and was just ten minutes into town for groceries and fresh bread!!100% recommended for any pet owner
These days it's hard to find accommodation that is pet friendly let alone allow your fur child to be able to sleep inside with you, however this place is that exception.This place is immaculate and is on a huge property with large grassed areas for my little man to go for a run.
I was given an upstairs apartment with a large balcony that over looks a large pond with seating, lighting and a large walk around, the setting is so peaceful and tranquil, the whole two days that i stayed i did not hear one car (only magpies and ducks) and i had all this for only $130 per night.
100% recommend for any pet owner, please respect the place and keep it clean, it only takes one person to ruin it for everyone else, i will be staying here again.
