This light and airy open plan three bedroom fully self contained cedar cottage has gorgeous views from every window. The expansive back deck is perfect for afternoon bbqs whilst listening to the surf from nearby Ocean Beach. Wake each morning to the sounds of birds singing as you plan your Denmark holiday. Situated in a quiet street this house is surrounded by trees, where you can unwind as soon as you unpack. The property sleeps up to six people and is suitable for both families or couples. The fully equipped modern kitchen contains a microwave, dishwasher, gas cook-top and electric oven along with all of the usual mod cons including a coffee pod machine (Caffitaly System) and free Wi-fi. The bathroom has a shower situated over a deep bath perfect for soaking away those life stresses. There is a separate toilet and laundry complete with washing machine, iron and ironing board. A selection of board games jigsaw puzzles and books await you attention, A slow combustion wood heater will keep you warm regardless of the temperature outside as you settle in for an evening in front of the flat screen television. All linen aside from beach towels is provided. Book for a few days and you will never want to leave.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
CANCELLATION POLICY:
MORE THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: $50 cancellation fee PLUS any fees levied by the booking agent (e.g. the Visitor Centres cancellation charge).
LESS THAN 30 DAYS BUT GREATER THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: One nights tariff PLUS any fees levied by the booking agent (e.g. the Visitor Centre cancellation charge).
7 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN: No refund.
AMENDMENTS
1. No refunds will be provided for a reduction in the number of guests or nights within 30 Days of arrival.
2. A change of dates may be permitted with the operators approval. Changes to dates that occur within 7 days of arrival will be treated as a cancelled booking. Note that the Booking Agent may levy an administration charge for all amendments.
3. If the applicable nightly tariff for the amended dates is higher than the original booking the higher rate will apply.
BOND POLICY:
A pre-authorised bond of $250 is applicable to all bookings. This bond can be withheld as a result of any additional costs connected to the re-establishment of Iluka Cottage to the standard provided on arrival e.g. Extra cleaning damages to property non return of keys etc.

From Denmark town site travel west along the South Coast Highway, turn left at the Caltex Service Station onto Ocean Beach Road, approx 5kms along turn right onto Lights Beach Road and almost immediately turn right again onto Yarrimbah Road and then left onto Iluka Avenue.

Winter Getaway
We loved the property and particularly the fireplace. We enjoyed the board games that were in the house also. The main bedroom was comfortable with a nice storage area. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and comforts. The area was perfect, next to the beach and not far from town. We loved it!Unbelievably relaxing and beautiful views and location
My friends and I 100% enjoyed our stay. The location was great not far from the town centre and not far from the spectacular beaches of Denmark. House is very well equipped and furnished. Absolutely perfect!! Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!!Tranquil stay amonst the trees
Comfortable, homely cottage in a great location that allowed us bike riding access to Ocean Beach and the Bibbulmun Track. Fantastic open verandah amongst the canopy of trees and birdlife that came to perch on the railing. Beautiful deep bath to relax the day away. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back I'm sure.
