Description

Holberry House was inspired by the classic, two storey English manor. Upstairs, the seven very comfortable guest rooms (one with a spa) are decorated in a romantic country style, enhance by antiques. Each room has a television and heater.

Downstairs, the guest lounge harks back to travellers’ lodge of the 19th Century, with its open fire, stone chimney and Chesterfield couches. The lounge opens onto a conservatory, where you can sit, warmed by the morning sun and listen to birds at play in the gardens. The birds are also on show from the dining room at breakfast time. Enjoy a sumptuous continental breakfast featuring juices, fresh fruits, local yoghurt, cereals, freshly made bread & muffins with freshly brewed tea or coffee. Hearty cooked breakfasts are available.

Poppys Place, Retro Self-Contained Cottage

This beautiful shabby chic cottage is located in Nannups town centre just 1 minute from cafes and shops. Originally one of the first shops in Nannup and now a part of the Nannup Heritage Trail this quaint cottage has old world charm with all original features such as tongue in groove wood walls and elevated ceilings, jarrah floors, cozy kitchen with ornate original meters stove, original metal claw bath and pedestal sink. The cottage is self-contained and has three bedrooms, two with a queen bed and the back bedroom has a single bed, sleeping 5 people in total. There is a reverse cycle air-conditioner and oil-filled heaters in each bedroom. The toilet is separate to the bathroom and the shower is over the bath. A high chair is provided along with a box of toys for children to enjoy.

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

If a room is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival the first nights accommodation will be charged if we are fully booked and unable to rebook the accommodation.

Please note that the commissions paid to booking agents is non refundable on all bookings.

Holberry House is well signposted with additional signage at the front gate. Entering Nannup from the direction of Perth turn first left into Grange Rd. We are number 14.

Great location, within walking distance to a beautiful little cafe where we had an evening meal.
Fantastic spa bath and the breakfast was fabulous with homemade bread and preserves!

The hosts were friendly and attentive. The room was beautifully furnished and presented, with great attention to detail. The grounds were beautiful and the location is excellent - a short stroll into the town with a nice range of shops and eateries. There is a lot to see in the surrounding area as well.

Gardens and property in general were amazing, very serene and well maintained. You can tell this is not a part time rent a room operation. It was professional, well above average and extremely well done. Overseas visitors would be tickled pink to arrive here and stay for a few days.
