The vans were great. We had two styles, we upgraded toward the end to accommodate an extra traveller.Where I have an issue with the operator is that their word can not be trusted. I was charged on my credit card after we left and do not agree with most of the charges. Unfortunately, there was nobody there when the vehicle was returned. I suggest not to agree to any arrangement where nobody signs the vehicle back in. I was even charged for rock chips in the front of the bonnet that on signing out inspection was explained to me, by the owner, to be normal wear and tear. I did not take pictures of it at that time and therefore can not prove they were there before.
I tried to reason about it back and forth through e-mail but the communication came to an end without resolution. I normally do not leave feedback like this but this situation really irritated me since it was the only unpleasant experience during our entire one month stay in Australia
