Two upstairs verandahs. Next to a park, opposite Mantarays Resort with privileges to use the swimming pool as part of the deal.
Four large bedrooms, two with King beds and two rooms with 4 singles. The master bedroom, ensuite and all living is upstairs. Three bedrooms and multiple wet areas are down stairs.
Secure carport with room for two cars. Limited parking for boats as there is a shared driveway with residents in road - side portion of property.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
All cancellations are to be received in writing either by mail fax or email.
Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund minus a $100 cancellation fee.
Bookings cancelled less than 60 days before the start of stay are non-refundable.
No refunds will be made for early departures or refusal to stay at a booked Property. If the Guest chooses to shorten their stay then a refund credit or transfer is not available for any unused portion of the booking.
Guests are strongly advised to take out comprehensive holiday and travel insurance to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
The Agent will not be held responsible if the Property does not meet the expectations of the Guest.

Well laid out
There was enough space for everyone and sufficient air conditioning capacity to keep us all cool in the height of summer. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals.Lovely Place
