A credit card number is required and a minimum of one nights accommodation or 50% of the total booking is charged as a deposit when the booking is made to guarantee the reservation.
PLEASE NOTE: If the booking is made within 7 days of arrival we will charge your credit card the full amount of the booking.
There is a 14 day cancellation policy and we reserve the right to charge your credit card the full amount of the deposit should you cancel or substantially amend your reservation within 14 days prior to arrival. In the event of a cancellation we reserve the right to charge your credit card for the full amount of the booking if the accommodation cannot be rebooked.

Directions
Clarence Road runs off the Albany Highway at Armadale just before the lights where the 'Highways Meet'. From the Perth CBD proceed over the Causeway, up Albany Highway until you reach the lights for the Brookton Highway. Go over these lights, past the Armadale Hospital on your left - Clarence Road is going to come off on your right hand side.

A hidden GEM, a home away from home, the Armadale Cottage Bed and breakfast is far better than many a five-star hotel, the room we were in is better than the room of the Hilton hotels, and many big hotels we have stayed in around the world. The owners put themselves out to make sure of your comfort and very very friendly, nothing is too much, we had a most wonderful stay, our thanks too to the owners and staff. breakfast is just wonderful there is a variety to suit you, and a cooked breakfast is also on the menu, cleanliness is second to none, for our all round stay at the Armadale Cottage Bed And Breakfast, has to be given 110%,and I encourage tourist before you book big hotels they should look for the Armadale B/B for their stay in Perth W.A. Patsy Creed.OAM and Ian Creed.Absolute gorgeous property. Would definitely stay again. 10/10
I have never stayed at a Bed & Breakfast before but Armadale Cottage Bed & Breakfast was absolutely stunning. Such a beautiful place. Cleanliness was the best I have seen in regards to accommodation. Ruth and her husband were awesome hosts. Such lovely people and they run their business to perfection. They have a delightful property and a great business to be proud of.Exceptional
