Holiday Period & School Holidays:28 Days Notice Required. Full Refund less $40.00 Administration Fee
Deposit 50% deposit required to confirm accomodation
Loss and /or Damage on vacating The hirer agrees to leave the property neat and tidy on vacating with all dishes done and replaced. Failure to comply will incur an additional fee. If no credit card details the hirer agrees to make alternative arrangements.

Clean and comfortable
We stayed here for one night on our way north. Our unit was very clean and comfortable and there was undercover parking. The lounge area was large and it was pleasant to sit outside in the breeze. Check in was easy and the area was quiet.Spacious, comfortable, recommended
