Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Deposit: A minimum deposit of 50% of the value of the booking is required at the time of making the booking unless the booking is made within 14 days of arrival whereupon payment in full is required.
Cancellation Conditions: If cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival there will be an automatic cancellation charge equivalent to the cost of one nights accommodation unless the accommodation is rebooked. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of arrival there will be an automatic non-refundable cancellation charge equivalent to one nights accommodation or 50% of the entire booking which ever is greater. In addition there will be a $65 Albany Visitor Centre cancellation fee. 50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival.
100% refund for Covid 19 related cancellations.

From Albany Visitor Centre, go back to the Roundabout at the top of York Street and take exit to Middleton Beach Road. Follow this until one street before the beach, then turn right into Marine Tce, then left into Barnett St. We are on the left half way along, ie. 7 Barnett Street, Middleton Beach.

Lovely Stay
My wife and I recently spent two nights at the Castlereagh and thought it was great. It’s only a couple of minutes out of town and right on Middleton beach. The unit itself has 2 bedrooms, a common bathroom and 2 toilets. It also has a full kitchen so you can self cater. The bed was really comfortable and the linen good quality. You’re only a short still to a number of restaurants and bars, the lovely beach and the boardwalk which offers spectacular views over King George Sound.Castlereigh
This holiday rental has everything one requires- a full kitchen, spa bath, 2 bedrooms, security parking. We had big bath sheets, beach towels , and extras included, such sad delicious chocolates and wine. DVDS and CD's are also available in this 2 bedroom unit. It is truly a home away from home. It is opposite the surf club at Middleton Beach.Unit 4 The Castlereagh
Unit 4 is privately owned by a couple David and Sandie. Very lovely place, relaxing and quiet. One of the room and the balcony downstairs is facing the beach. This is probably the best self-contained apartment I've come across with provision of stuff you need for cooking, washing, etc. Sleeps up to 4.
