Description
Located midway between Denmark town centre and Ocean Beach, Braidwood Escape is elevated amongst 5000sqm of jarrah and redgum forest.
The house is furnished to an exceptionally high standard. There are four massive bedrooms, three with queen size beds and the fourth with two sets of single bunk beds. The master bedroom has a large ensuite with spa bath, whilst the main bathroom has a huge open shower.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with granite benchtops, breakfast bar, double sink, induction cooktop, ducted extract canopy and Bosch dishwasher.
The main dining and living areas are open plan in design, with raked ceiling, celestory glazing, and a log fire with double glass doors that was imported from France. Perfect to curl up in front of while enjoying a glass of red on the coldest of winter nights.
For entertainment, there is a large flat screen TV, CD stereo system, DVD player and an assortment of board games, jigsaw puzzles and books. The Bibbleman track runs along the southern boundary of the property.

**Please note that the tariff is calculated on the total number of guests (adults and children) staying in the property each night.** **A BOND is applicable to all bookings made for this property and will be pre-authorised on your day of arrival. If the property is left in respectable condition then the bond will be released 7 days after the pre-authorisation or if required a nominated amount will be withheld at the Property Managers discretion.
Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY:
MORE THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: $50 cancellation fee PLUS any fees levied by the booking agent (e.g. the Visitor Centres cancellation charge).
LESS THAN 30 DAYS BUT GREATER THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: One nights tariff PLUS any fees levied by the booking agent (e.g. the Visitor Centre cancellation charge).
7 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN: No refund.
BOND POLICY:
**A $500 BOND is applicable to all bookings made for this property and will be pre-authorised on your day of arrival. If the property is left in respectable condition then the bond will be released 7 days after the pre-authorisation.

Directions
From Denmark, turn left into Ocean Beach Road. After 1.5km turn left into Campbell Road. Take the first turning left into Berridge Street, follow the road around into Anning Rd, then right onto Braidwood Elbow. Number 4 is the second house on the right hand side of the road. Follow the steep gravel driveway down to the house.

Stunning home with high quality, comfortable furniture and fittings! The hosts are very keen to ensure guests have a lovely stay with some thoughtful additional touches for our stay, such as the fire being made up for us ready to light on our arrival. The kitchen is well-equipped and all living areas more than large enough for big families or groups. The house could not be any closer to nature, and the modular-style design allows for lots of windows to appreciate the stunning views from all angles. In addition, an abundance of crockery/glassware, high quality bath sheets, a stunning two-sided wood fire and a scrupulously clean home made for a very luxurious and relaxing stay. Highly recommended.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Braidwood Escape. Very comfortable
Location was wonderful, loved being amongst the trees. Property was spotless with the all the facilities that you would require. Fire place in the main living area was fantastic.Fantastic!!! We will be back.
This residence is amazing and the photos online do not do it justice. The house is huge and fully equipped with the beautiful fireplace being a stand out feature. The master bedroom was spacious with a comfortable bed and the ensuite has a huge spa bath and large shower. There is literally all you need at this property and would highly recommend others to stay here.
