Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

We require a 50% deposit within 7 days to secure the booking. With the balance required within 1 month of arrival. A 72 hour cancellation notice is required for all bookings or 1 night will be charged. For peak season rates all cancellations made within 1 week of arrival will be charged 2 nights accommodation. Peak season includes Dec12th-31st Jan Easter weekend (which is 4 nights minimum) Public holidays (3 night minimum) and school holidays and Leeuwin concert (3 night minimum). Please note if a check in does occur on a Public Holiday a surcharge of $200 will be required.

Directions

Boranup Cottage is 24 kilometers South of Margaret River. Follow Wallcliffe road to caves road and turn Left. This beautiful tourist drive takes you into the Boranup Forest. Look for the Boranup cottage sign clearly marked on the Left. Turn into the bitumen road and follow for 200m where there is a Boranup cottage sign post. Follow the road around and you will see the Rammed earth and limestone Boranup Cottage.

Quiet Stay in the Forrest
This is our home away from home. We love Boranup cottage, piece and quiet in the Forrest, beautiful log fire. Good for our dogs they love exploring and walking over to the cafe. Thankyou for the wine it went down a treat. Thanks Jane!
