Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
A surcharge will apply to one night bookings in accommodation.
A deposit is required on all bookings made for the high season period to secure the booking. Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit is paid. The deposit for all accommodation is 3 nights tariff and for all sites a deposit of $200 is required. High season includes mid December until end of January and Easter. Deposits are non-refundable or transferable unless 60 days (Big 4 policy) notice of cancellation or variation is received in writing. A $25 cancellation fee will be charged. Any cancellation within 60 days will result in the deposit being forfeited in full. Your booking is for a set time and once confirmed any change will result in liability for payment of the whole of the time booked unless you have cancelled in accordance with this policy. Please check your holiday dates carefully. Thank you. In addition there will be a $65 Albany Visitors Centre cancellation fee.
50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival.

This holiday park grounds are well maintained and beautifully kept, so tidy and well laid out. The unit is very comfortable, including the bed. A most enjoyable stay and highly recommend as a place to stay and relax.Albany Holiday
Middleton Beach Caravan Park is absolutely amazing. Great location right on the beach. Extremely well maintained and is a credit to the staff all of whom are very friendly and helpful. We were so impressed by this place. It is right on Middleton beach, convenient for visiting Albany, Emu Point etc. The chalets were very well equipped (we had a spa chalet). Oven, plenty of kitchen utensils, air conditioning/heating. The chalets were very clean. Friendly reception staff allowed us into our chalet early as it was not occupied the previous night.We tried to use one of the BBQs for breakfast but it wasn't working so we used a different one with no problem. We reported the problem, and by that evening it was working again, which considering it was Sunday lunchtime by the time we reported it, we were impressed.
