Terms and Conditions
There is $30 per night charge for extra guests either in Leela or Tao.
Cancellation Fees:
30 days prior to check-in - $75 administration.
Less than 30 days prior to check-in - one nights tariff.
7-14 nights prior - 50%
less than 7 nights the whole amount
Please note: Any cancellation charges levied by the operator are in addition to those charged by the booking agent (e.g. the Visitor Centres cancellation fees).

Directions
3km from Denmark Town Centre. Turn into Ocean Beach Road (right next to the Caltex service station). Drive 3 km. and turn left into Campbell Road. After 500 metres you make another left turn into Berridge St. Drive to the end of Berridge and turn left into Anning Road. AIYANA RETREAT is the very first driveway on your right. Leela (our two bedroom retreat ) would be the first carport. Rumi ( our deluxe one bedroom studio) would be at the end of the driveway. Tao is located 100 meter north of the Retreat main entrance;turn right at the round mud brick wall.

I went to heaven
Amazingly peaceful setting amongst the trees, spacious, beautifully finished (the wooden fittings and furniture are all locally sourced and crafted). The fully and luxuriously equipped apartment (Mira) is spacious and very private..a little piece of paradise! Gadi gave us a wonderful welcome. Nothing is too much trouble. This was a perfect luxury, romantic, bush getaway in a lovely little town. Although the weather was poor we still enjoyed the comfort of this retreat and would have loved to have had a chance to utilise the wellness centre which was a few meters away from our villa. The most amazing bed I have slept on and would love to know the make and brand. Washer and drying in the same machine ! Would love one of those. Exceptionally clean and friendly host. If you’re looking for a nice retreat in peace and nature I would definitely recommend!A Special Experience
We stayed in the Tao Villa for 3 nights the accommodation is luxurious and the attention to detail makes it so special. Gadi and Lalita are friendly hosts and we both enjoyed a fantastic massage. Definitely to be recommended
