Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
If cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival there will be an automatic cancellation charge equivalent to the cost of one nights accommodation unless the accommodation is re-booked. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of arrival there will be an automatic non-refundable cancellation charge equivalent to one nights accommodation or 50% of the entire booking which ever is greater. In addition there will be a $65 Albany Visitor Centre cancellation fee. 50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival.

Beautiful location, with incredible views of the Stirling Range. Very well appointed chalet. Hard to leave. Would recommend for a break to relax and do nothing but also good for walkers and families. Our fourth stay here and have always enjoyed it.We found the host and accommodation welcoming, warm and friendly along with exceptional views
Great locality to the ranges, the host Nichola was helpful and knowledgeable about the area, the cottage was spotless and had all the facilities you need for a few days stay along with comfortable bedsLovely hotel and service with a smile
The room is well design, you will like it so much!!I will say it is really fantastic place to stay and relax, with great interior designed room come with big external garden which the view of sleeping lady mountain is there. Big toilet and great breakfast is another things that I like so much. Any how the location is a bit far if you are travelling to albany, which need about half an hour. So make sure you are with car in hand. Overrall, I like the hotel so much!
