Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
If you cancel your booking 21 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival at ECV, your payment will be refunded minus the first nights tariff. If cancelled or modified within 21 days the full tariff will be charged. Over our peak periods the payment is non-refundable. ***Peak periods include Christmas holidays (December 18 - January 31), Easter and all WA long weekends.

Directions
Coming in from Norseman; at the big round about turn left onto Fisheries road, then turn right onto Goldfields Road and then take your first left onto Frank Freeman Drive, continue to the very end and you will find us. Coming in from Ravensthorpe (on the South Coast Hwy), when you reach the T section, left onto Harbour Road and you will come up to a big round about. Continue straight through the round about onto Fisheries Road, then turn right onto Goldfields Road and then take your first left onto Frank Freeman Drive, continue to the very end and you will find us.

A home away from home, and as such we would come back anytime. Clean and tidy chalet with ample space around the chalet. Relaxed atmosphere in the village. Fiona is a wonderful and very helpful host. Highly recommended!A lovely place for a family getaway in beautiful Esperance
We loved our stay at the Esperance Chalet Village. The chalets are so comfortable and have everything you could need for a getaway. We stayed in the two bedroom cabin with our own fire pit. Divine linen perfectly styled with little extras like luxury bath products and Pellegrino sparkling water made the stay that much better.Our two sons joined a band of kids in the Village and spent the two days zooming around on bikes, climbing trees and exploring the creek. Heaven for city kids.
At night we toasted marshmallows and drank wine by the fire before collapsing into the super comfy beds.
The owners live on site and are super welcoming and helpful without being intrusive, with lots of great tips for places to eat and things to do in the area. Fiona even brought my washing in and folded it for me when it started to rain while we were out - amazing!

Best stay in Esperance
I had a great time staying at the Chalet Village. Everything was beautiful and clean and you even get complimentary baked goodies and sparkling water in the fridge!! Fiona goes out of her way to make sure guests are well looked after-even put the heater on for me so the room was warm when I arrived.
