Nestled on a private rural property and offering peace and seclusion far from the hectic pace of modern life, this idyllic retreat is a relaxing base from which you can explore all the many delights that the south west region has to offer. We enjoy an ideal location, central to the south-wests finest vineyards, restaurants and cafes, karri forests, magnificent coastline and awesome surf breaks.

Just minutes from Margaret River, a short drive west to beautiful Cowaramup Bay and not far from historic Ellensbrook Homestead.
TV Reception/Wi-Fi:
There are four main TV Channels: ABC, GWN, SBS and WIN. As we are situated within close proximity of the railway reserve bushland running alonside the property, signal strength on some days is limited and effects TV reception (particularly WIN).
Wi-Fi only available at reception area.
Note: All cottages are fitted with reverse cycle airconditioning. The ONLY cottage that also has a pot belly wood fuel fireplace is "BROOK COTTAGE". So please be careful when making your booking of which cottage you choose. Wood fire use is restricted to the months between May and mid October, in compliance with our fire safety management practices in place.

Main bedroom has queen size bed, second bedroom has a queen size bed and a set of bunk beds (2 singles). Breakfast hamper available (require notice at least 48 hours prior) $70 per hamper for two adults. Provisions stocked in cottage on arrival. Bedding linen and towels are provided. Please not Brook is our only cottage with a wood fire- available May-September according to fire regulations. Please feel free to bring your own firewood or request a firewood bundle at time of booking for $25 payable on arrival.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Please book carefully. We are a small business by taking a booking we hold the cottage especially for you in good faith. It is often difficult to rebook if cancelled at the last minute. Deposits are non-refundable. If you decide to cut short your stay after it has commenced or less than 21 days prior to arrival you will be liable to pay for the whole amount of your stay. By making a confirmed booking you accept our terms conditions and cancellation policy.
This booking condition always applies to this room.
Minimum nights stay 2.
Please Note....
Easter weekend Xmas/New Year period and any long weekend if you cancel less than 21 days prior you will be liable for the whole amount of the stay.
All Leeuwin Concert bookings will not be refunded and full payment is taken as the cancelation fee

Directions
From Cowaramup on Bussell Highway drive two kilometres south towards Margaret River and turn right onto Cowaramup Bay Road. Drive 500 metres and turn left into Ellen Brook Road. Drive up 200 metres and Ellensbrook Cottages are first driveway on left.

Brook Cottage
We stayed at Brook Cottage and had such a fabulous time we stayed an extra night! The cottage was so clean and tidy on arrival. Beautiful property on gorgeous woodland a must for anyone who would like to get away from all. Beautiful wineries nearby and things to see, we will certainly be coming back again in the near future, thanks Jackie :) xFantastic getaway

Absolutely first class. Everything here is clean and new. The layout of the cottages means each one is private and very quiet. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and I commend both Tom and Jos for providing the simple things that make such a difference. We will certainly be back! Thanks guys!
