Nestled into the Natural Bush of this 65 acre there is only six chalets. All being self contained, with Reverse Cycle Air conditioning plus Log Fires. Your welcome to purchase wood by the bag at all good service stations and hardware stores.
The chalets are One or Two bedroom. One bedroom being a queen room only and two bedroom being a queen room and a twin room, upstairs. Downstairs your living, kitchen, dining area, along with your bathroom. You have your own washing machine and clothes line.
There is a huge array of birdlife, wildlife and when in season wildflowers. Come and soak up the peace and tranquility of this beautiful bush property.
We welcome enquiries about bringing your pet with you, maximum of 2 to a chalet. Please call to confirm this. There is an added charge $15.00 per night for your pet, due to increased cleaning and hygiene steps. This is payable, by you the guest, directly to Caves Road Chalets, please do not pay to the booking agent.
Pets are welcome inside whilst you are home, however not permitted to be left alone in the chalets whilst you are out. Along side the chalet is an enclosed dog run, they are welcome to stay in there, for a few hours, should you not wish to take them out with you. There is a photo of the dog run on our website. Also pets conditions on our website.

Chalets are 2 Storey, Loft Style. The Two bedroom chalet is 1 Queen Room plus 1 twin bedroom along with a rollaway bed if required for an extra child. Bedrooms are upstairs. Living, kitchen, dining, bathroom, laundry are all downstairs. Chalets are self contained, nestled into peaceful bushland. Quoted price is for 2 people in 1 bedroom. If you are 2 people requiring 2 bedrooms the Second bedroom available for an additional $55 for entire booking. Bookings of 3-5 people not required to pay additional fee, they pay the extra person fee, two bedrooms are included. Caves Road Chalets is " Pet Friendly". Charges do apply. Please contact the chalets on 97555266 or email admin@cavesroadchalets.com.au to notify of the breed of your dog if you wish to bring him/her. You will pay the hotel directly. Check-in is between 2pm and 5pm, office closes at 5pm. If you wish to check-in after 5pm, it is no problem, please call Caves Road Chalets, to advise. PLEASE NOTE: Infants/Children are aged to 12 and charged for as children, please put your infant in the system as a child for the system to give you the correct balance, children over 12 are charged as adults. Cot, High Chair, Stair Gate is avail on request, there is a limited quantity, if you are requiring please notify hotel directly asap.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
A Cancellation Fee of one nights fee will be retained on all cancelled bookings. The balance will be refunded except as follows.
If cancelled less than 14 days prior to your arrival a refund will only apply if we are able to refill your booking. If cancelled less than 7 days prior to your arrival we regret no refund is possible. If you choose to shorten your stay during this period or after your arrival you are liable for the full payment of your stay (ie the dates you originally booked).
Peak Periods - Xmas Jan School Hols Long Weekends and Leeuwin Concert. Unfortunately no cancellations are accepted less than 8 weeks before your arrival date. You will be charged for the full amount of the accommodation booked. Please ensure your travel insurance is up to date to cover you.
All bookings must have a credit card to produce/show on arrival when booking in for the security of the chalet.
Unfortunately no bookings will be accepted without credit cards.
Infants/children are aged to 12 and charged for as children please put your infant in the system as a child for the system to give you the correct balance owing. Babies under 6 months in their own cots we dont charge for.

Directions
From Cowaramup head south towards Margaret River, turn right onto Cowaramup Bay Road, off Bussell Highway. Follow Cowaramup Bay Road through until you come to the Caves Road intersection, turn left onto Caves Road, we are two kilometres along on the left hand side, heading towards Margaret River.

Awesome spot for a weekend (or longer). Very friendly staff and comfortable accommodation with everything you need. The added bonus of being dog-friendly. Also, a very good base to explore the region. Will definitely return.
