This is a lovely BEACHFRONT home opposite the best beach in Busselton. It is fully self-contained with every modern convenience (TV, DVD, radio, BBQ etc). You can sit and watch the ocean from the lounge or front porch, or walk across the road to the beautiful swimming beach. The home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a lock-up garage, a secure lock-up back yard and extra parking for car or boat.
The home has a tile fire with all wood supplied and the fire set for guests. The boat ramp is close by, and the 'doggy' beach is adjacent. In a very quiet, safe area of the town with all of the attractions close by.
Quality restaurants, wineries, and vineyards are conveniently placed, and the premier destinations of Dunsborough, Yallingup and Margaret River are easily accessible, as are the beaches and breathtaking scenery of the west coast.

Rates:
Rates are for up to 4 people. Extra persons $50 each per night

Weekdays: $195 night ($180 a night for a 5 night stay starting on a Sunday)
Weekends: $250 night (Friday & Saturday nights)
School Holidays: $225 night (weekdays, weekend rate as above)
Peak Season:* $285 night ($260 a night for stays of one week or longer)
*Easter, Dec.16 - Jan.31, Major events (eg. Jetty Swim, Leavers, Forest Rally, Ironman, Triathlon etc)

Bedroom 2 - DOUBLE bed
Bedroom 3 - TWO double bunks (4 SINGLE beds)
Lock-up garage, on-site car parking for 3 vehicles.

Every mod.con. (flat screen UHD TV, DVD, radio, iPod dock, gas BBQ, tile fire with wood provided & fire set (winter months), hair dryer etc,
outdoor setting, high chair, cot available on request, secure lock-up back yard, extra parking on site for boat plus cars).

Directions
This is a very quiet area with the BEST BEACH in Busselton 20 metres from the home.
Boat ramp 200 metres, Shops 400 metres, Bike path adjacent - Ride along the beachfront.
3 adult & 3 children's bikes provided (NOT helmets). Crab nets & floats, children's toys.
Travel west on Bussell Hwy (from Busselton towards Dunsborough) until Monaghans Way (on your right, opposite the Augusta/Margaret River roundabout/turn-off).
From Monaghans Way turn right into Newtown Beach Rd and travel to Geographe Bay Rd (and the beach). Turn left at Geographe Bay Rd. The home is the first one on your left, with a garage, a "Holiday Home" sign at the front and a "Birralee" plaque on the front wall.
Alternatively you may take the Busselton bypass route:
At the end of the bypass at Vasse, turn right and travel towards Caves Rd and the ocean. The shopping centre in front of you is on the corner of Caves Rd and Newtown Beach Rd. Follow the above directions.

Wonderful place to visit, especially the JETTY & THE GOOSE good food and tasty, refreshing, iced coffee's with the works(ice cream+cream), lot's to do on and around the JETTY or just sit back, relax and watch everybody else doing it!!!!!aaahhhhh h
Great Location
Very nice location the house was clean and neat. Right on the beach as shows on the pictures and close to Busselton town,Dunsboroug h and Yallingup. also has a boat ramp on the same road 1min away.Absolute beach front perfection!
Beautiful house right on the beach. Walk across the street to the beach. House was close to shops, and a short drive into Busselton town. The house was great, with beautiful slate floors. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Would recommend to anyone, and we are definitely coming back!
