Description
Belair Gardens Caravan Park has a range of options for the travelling public. From our studio chalets to a 3.5 star spa unit. Linen is supplied on all our beds in Deluxe accommodation. For those bringing their own accommodation we offer unpowered, powered and powered ensuite sites. We have a new area for our 5-wheeler guests.

This air-conditioned holiday unit is ideal for couples with the ensuite bathroom attached to the main bedroom. The 1 bedroom holiday unit sleeps up to two guests, including a queen-sized bed complete with clean linen. The kitchen and lounge area is compact, containing everything required to enjoy a comfortable stay. Sit back and watch your favourite shows on the two-seater lounge located in front of the 51cm TV, including a DVD/VCR player. The kitchen includes a range of cooking implements, including a microwave, gas cooktop and dining suite for four people. There is also an accessible holiday unit available that sleeps up to three guests. Please contact the park managers direct to book.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Cancellations
Compassionate Cancellation
It is at the sole discretion of the Managers of the Summerstar Tourist Park to provide a cancellation and refund of deposit outside of below terms on compassionate grounds. A $20 administration/booking fee will be taken from your deposit and the remainder returned to your credit card.
We do not offer cash refunds.
Cancellation & Refunds
Should you need to cancel your booking you must advise us by telephone and then confirm this cancellation in writing to us by post fax or email quoting your booking reference number. Your cancellation will only be effective as at the date we receive your written confirmation.
If you cancel your holiday within 30 days of your booking date no refund will be given by Summerstar Tourist Parks.
We do not offer cash refunds.
Cancellation or changes by us
In exceptional circumstances we may have to cancel or change some aspects of your booking. If we do so we will tell you as soon as possible prior to your holiday date and you may choose to either:
Accept the changes offered by us
Receive a full refund
Accept an alternative holiday with us at the same price.
We do not pay compensation in circumstances where we have to cancel your booking including those arising from Force Majeure.

Directions
From Perth: Travelling along the brand highway once you reach the outskirts of town you will have approx 10 minutes travelling left. Continue along the Brand until you come to the interchange and turn left into John Willcock Link. Travel along this road for 3.5 kilometers until you reach a set of traffic lights, at these lights turn to your left. 200 meters down the hill on the left hand side is the caravan park entrance.

Great park
We have stayed 2 nights here and it has been excellent! The staff are always happy to help, nothing is a problem. The amenities are clean and well maintained, the sites are big and easily accessible. There are lots of grasses areas too. A lovely parkWe'll be back for longer next time with extended family.
The chalet in which we stayed was excellent, it was 'home away from home', we were very comfortable, it is close to a good beach, great area to walk around, quiet, facilities are excellent and we are keen to return later in the year. Pros: Its location near the ocean and the well set out cottageThe two bedroom cottage was roomy, the beds were comfortable and it was very clean. It has a good size living area, a dining table and a nice kitchen with all the essentials you need. Shower pressure was good and the beds were comfortable. There were air conditioning and fans in each bedroom. It was also lovely to have your own deck from which you could see the ocean. The staff at check-in/check-out were also very friendly.
